Curious about a Kukri

I recently stumbled across a strange looking Kukri for sale. The typical shape is there, but there are some odd decorations to the hilt and blade that got me curious. If anyone knows where this might have come from or what it's worth, any info would be appreciated

No idea where it's from or what the materials are. But I do know the more embellishments like you see here are usually targeted as tourist pieces and not designed for work. Good luck.
