Once we have their feedback we will start getting those knives put together. Check back here for availablity updates as we get closer to having those in stock.

I can see all my orders going off in sequence after the 5.1. It will be like a surprise Christmas present every now and then.

Ok, I've updated the Production Schedule and product pages. We aren't going to be listing anything tomorrow. Guy is going to be gone the better part of the week to check in on his Grandma. We don't think it is anything serious, but Guy won't feel right until he has seen her. Sales will resume on March 7th.

Hi Ellie,

Is there a way to get on a waiting list for the upcoming models beside the pre-order?
Thank you.

I'm not Ellie but the answer is pretty clear, so I'll try to explain.
Please order a knife and wait patiently for it to be made. There isn't a waiting list, but expect up to several months of lead time for your order to be filled.
Once the knives are built, and if there are any available after all the pre-orders are filled, you might be able to get one of the extras if you are quick, persistent, and lucky.
I'd explain the system for obtaining one of the extra knives but the plan might change by the time the knives are actually available so anything more I say on the subject might be incorrect.
If those options don't work out for you there is always the secondary market but expect to pay a premium, and you'll still have to wait for the knives to be built.
I hope that answers your question.

I like the new "Available on Monday" listing.
It reduces the clutter for the production status of each model by keeping each to one line.

Reducing clutter was definitely my goal. I had been adding important notes to the top of the page, but there was so much information that I know people weren't actually reading any of it. This helps clean-up the Monday release so people know what to expect each week, while still providing the full production schedule. Preordering notes are down by the preorder-able models, Monday notes are by the Monday models.
