Thought I'd share the current state of my collection, just for fun. (I was going through them all and applying Aegis EDCi so decided to take a couple photographs. Sorry for the poor quality, the lighting was not optimal.) A lot of the pictured knives were purchased right here on Blade Forums, particularly the fixed blades (most of them directly from the maker over at the Knifemaker's Market).

I'll be selling a lot of these off at an upcoming knife show (Southern California Blades: Knife Expo 2016) so wanted to bid them farewell. There are a handful missing from the photo (a couple out for modifications and various Victorinoxes that are lying around in work bags, toiletry bags, etc.)

Two questions.

1.) Is that Boye lockback BDS or BDC?
(and if BDS, do want to pm me?)
2.) Is that squid a crkt? Or real deal holyfield?
(Just curious)

Where did you get those scales? They are awesome.

Blade Forums' own spketch, the best scale maker on the planet!

It's a BDC and a regular old blackwash CRKT Squid with a little grenade pattern thrown in. My grail is a custom Burnley Squid, but I just haven't seen the right one pop up for sale. I am excited, however, for the upgraded CRKT Squid that is coming out soon: titanium frame, carbon fiber scale, and 12C27 steel, which is perfectly serviceable. The current standard CRKT Squid is surprisingly well made, though, especially for the price.

Nice collection so far. Good variety.

You'll never have a decent-sized collection though if you sell them. :p
I bet you'll miss a few too, afterwards, and never be able to replace them. All of those one-of-a-kind customs...

Have fun at the knife show, and make some good deals. :)

Very nice collection.

It's nice to see the variety and that fact that you are very open minded and have used just about every style of knife under the sun.

What's the 5th knife from the left in the second row? (Titanium flipper with orange g10 backspacer)
