Current Suspect Daily Carry Blades

Primary is always a 2000 Commander BTS.
Secondary is smaller and is usually a CQC7-A. I also like the MiniCQC7.

I have been playing around with a BM 705/710 because it can be set up for left side carry by just moving the clip.

NOTE: Usually when I switch away from an Emerson with the thumbdisk and begin playing around with other stuff I end up adding to my scar tissue on my thumbs. For awhile there I had big bandaids on alternating thumbs on and off for several months. Had to stop that. The pain was over quick but not being able to use that digit for weeks was more of a pain. Don't realize how much you rely on your fingers until one is out of action!

On duty of off, it's usually the same so I know I have the same equipmet in the same places.

CQC6 inside the waistband
La Griffe around the neck
Strider GB Folder in my right pocket
21" ASP in belt pouch (on duty) or in pocket (off duty)
Leatherman Wave in a belt sheath
Surefire Centurion
CellPhone

And the most important thing, the Mindset ! :D

Don't think I've missed anything . . . !

Nosamk and SPECIALIST:
Those Ryan knives whether it be the Model 1 or any others are quite difficult to find. Mr. Ryan stopped taking orders a while ago because he wanted to catch up on his back orders and who knows when/if he will be taking more orders in the future. These knives rarely come up for sale, mainly because when people get one they like
it so much they just don't want to get rid of it.
Do a search within this particular forum and you'll find quite a bit of information and pictures of his knives.
Fans of Emersons and Ryans seem to be cut from the same mold, so there is a bit of talk about Steve here.
Hope this helps :)

Yeah guys, what Donald said. :)

I spoke with Steve Ryan at Blade West last month, and he's very serious about not taking any more orders for the forseeable future. Sad but true.

When his pieces rarely show up on the secondary market they tend to command top dollar. All I can say is that if you find one, bite the bullet and cough up the cash. I've never seen a disappointed Biohazard owner. Steve makes awesome blades.

Incidentally, the Japanese market has an insatiable appetite for Ryan Biohazards, and I recently heard of two M1's selling there for $2200 and $2400 respectively. So maybe we American Biohazard fans aren't as nuts as I thought.

great looking knife Eric, I hate to hear that it's something I'll not likely ever be able to acquire :(

Front right pocket a Mission MPF1 Titanium and in my right rear a Commander and my left front pocket a Case stag split back whittler. Sometimes I alternate the Commander from rear left to rear right.;)

There was Ryan #7 over on KF (not CRKT). It was going for $895 or something like that. I don't know if it sold.

Generally I carry Kasper Perfigo IWB and or AFCK, Polkowski Scorpion, KFF, Civilian or Emerson LaGriffe.

Personally, in a knife-carry unfriendly country, i carry a SAK classic, and a Spydercard.
BUT, when I am overseas, i pack a Mach 1, a Commander, La Griffe, and a SOCOM in my pockets at any given moment, except whilst bathing, which i then carry just a Ti-La Griffe..;)
stay safe!

I bought scanner new with comp at begining of year, just took it out of box Sat. and totally screwed up my comp. Had to run the Sys Recovery CDs. Pics are fuzzy, don't know how to fix em.
