Curtiss Cruze Slimline Medium year?

Hey all-

Anyone know the year of this Cruze? Or really anything about it?

I'm wondering why the pivot looks so small compared to the images of other Cruze's online.

Any info would greatly be appreciated-

Don't know for sure but i'm guessing this was made before Mr. Curtiss developed the S.P.O.T pivot thus the smaller pivot
 
Thanks fluid motion and cavallaris! Yeah, I was thinking that it was before the S.P.O.T pivot was introduced. Arriving in the mail tomorrow and am trying to get a little more info on it beforehand.
 
I wonder then, if the desirability for this knife lies more on the collectable side, then on the functional/tech side.
