Ok - I'm new to this on the selling end of things, so here goes....

I've got three knives, each one's a beauty, but each one ended up becoming a safe queen for me and I prefer to use my knives. I have other projects that I'd like to finance so now is a good time to get rid of the knives I'm not using.

I'm keeping this within Canada for now, but I'll move it to the other Exchange if there aren't any takers in a week or so. I'm not interested in trades or partial trades and low ball offers won't get a response - I've already discounted the two Brous Blades and I'm only looking to recover what I paid for the Curtiss so I'm not going to drop the asking price. Also, please don't expect a reply if you post to the thread - email me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can, but I won't be able to monitor the thread as closely as I'd like to. Payment has to be by Paypal & I'll eat the PP costs and ship (at my cost) via express post when funds clear.

Anyone wanting photos will have to email me because I can't get the photos to load.

Brous Blades

I'm looking for $500 for these two knives as a set and I really don't want to sell them separately. I purchased both new from Brous Blades in 2013.

First up, an acid washed Brous Blades Silent Soldier Flipper Liner-lock. I carried this a handful of times. It's centred perfectly and flips like you'd expect, but it wasn't actually "sharp" when I received it so I touched it up on my KME Sharpener. I might have opened a box or two, but no hard use. Otherwise, a standard Brous in D2. This one is number 320 of a run of 500. The only thing that seemed off about this knife to me, and it doesn't stop it from flipping perfectly, is that it's not as smooth as I expected. Lock-up's perfect.

Second, a blackout Brous Reloader also in D2 of course. This one's also perfectly centred and flips great, but it does have a little lock-rock. I wrote to Jason about it when I received the knife and he said to send it in and it would be repaired or replaced, but since it's a little too aggressive looking for my EDC anyway, I just never bothered. It's never been sharpened and it's number 375 out of run of 500.

Custom Curtiss F-3

I'm only looking to get back what I put into this one so I can't let it go under $SPF.

This one really makes me regret not being able to upload the photos because it's real eye candy - for anyone curious about the type of grind, there's a knife pictured on Dave's site on his F-3 page with the same grind (bottom row last on the right). It's a custom I picked up from Dave Curtiss in late 2013 before he closed his books and, while it's a great knife, I just can't get comfortable carrying one this expensive so it hasn't been used. It's got anodized, "moon surfaced" textured purplish-blue titanium scales and a dark acid stone-washed, custom ground (much nicer and unique than the standard F-3) S35VN blade. Never sharpened and flips like a dream. Perfectly centred. Only flaw on this is a small mark on the back scale near the SPOT pivot where it looks like he slipped with the grinder. It's hard to notice unless you're really looking for it. The clip and SPOT pivot are treated with the same dark acid stonewash as the blade. This knife is smooth....

Anyway, that's it. Email me if you'd like pics.:D

Curtiss F3 received. Super nicely packed, and the F3 is way better than Joe has described.
