Up for sale today is my Curtiss knives F3. Its the mid size with the titanium frag scale and backspacer instead of standoffs. The Medium model is 7 3/4" opened, 3 1/2" blade and 4 1/2" closed. Weight is 5.1 oz.
Knife went in for the spa and has the perfect stonewash and blasted finish which is similar to the hinderer working finish as it really hides all the wear well which is a great thing because this is a hard working knife. The blade fires like a rocket and lock up is solid with no movement in any direction. Centering is spot on and lock up is 50-60 percent. I requested this lockup from Dave when I ordered the knife as it is what I am used to from my sebenzas. The lock face features a carbidized lock face to prevent wear and the lock hasnt moved from new. This knife was one of the first few produced as I got in as the second order when released.
Knife is like new as returned from a little freshing up. If anything the edge could use a stropping in my opinion, but other than that the knife is perfect. Hasnt been used to cut or carried since I got it back. While it was out I started carrying a slightly smaller knife every day and the curtiss just hasnt made it back into my pocket. Looking to make room for some new incoming customs so I figure time to let someone else enjoy this knife.
