I have a brand new knife from Alan Davis with the following specs:
overall length - 7 1/8"
blade - 3 1/8"" tip to scales x 13/16" high
scales - stabilized California Buckeye
steel - Alabama Damascus (contains 52100, 5160, 15n20 and 203e)
grind - hollow 10" wheel
liners & thumb stud - titanium
spacer - black linen micarta
weight -2.25 oz.
Bearing pivot for a fast and smooth operation. Strong detent, strong secure lock up and zero blade play in any direction.
I carried this knife around the house and cut some paper but nothing more, and I don't believe the person I traded into this with used it either so it is as pristine as when Alan made it. I'm looking for TRADED shipped(fees included). The first I'll take it, followed by email/PM gets a wonderful custom blade!! Thanks....
