Does anyone know who made these custom knives? There is an "MK" engraved on the guard.

Could be Martin Kruse.

He is deceased....the materials and time frame of that micarta would be correct.

I can't find any images for you, sorry.

Hi John,

Welcome to Bladeforums. Those are sweet meant-to-be users. The knives have that 'old school' look to them.

I looked in my 1990 Knives Annual maker listing and came up with Martin Kruse, from Reseda Ca. No other with these initials.

Full time maker (then), a variety of fixed blades to swords, but no folders.

His mark was listed as 'initials'. Most likely?

EDIT: STeven posted while I was constructing. There it is!
