Are there any Knife makers out there? If so tell me if you could make the knife I want (shown below)? If not, tell me if you guys know of any body who could?!

What I Want/Need:
1095 High Carbon Steel
10 in. OAL
4 in. Blade
1/5 in. Thick
Full Stick Tang
Black G10 Handles
Brown Leather Sheath

How much would that cost? How long would I have to wait? Where do I buy from? Please let me know, I would appreciate you help!
