Custom carbon fiber roller ball pen (vintage micarta, mammoth ivory)

Hello my dear friends,

With God's good will today i present you a new creation from our shop - a handmade custom rollerball pen.

The main body is made entirely from carbon fiber for its strength and lightweight while the cone point was hand made on my micro lathe.
The 'carabine' mechanism was also manually made on lathe from solid brass. The button is blackened steel but stainless can be used too. The action 'rail' was also hand milled for a nice and tight fit.
It has a nice action and a satisfying 'click'

Please note that even if overall all pens are the same, in practice they are all different meaning that the length, rail, cone angle are slight different as i don't use any templet but i prefer leaving the creativity do it's job rather than become some kind of a machine

1. vintage micarta cone tip - 55 usd
2. 10000 years old mammoth ivory (beautifully visible Schreger lines) - 65 usd (reserved for a brother on forums )

Thanks for tagging me.

Do these take standard size refills? Are they designed to work best with a particular brand?

I really like the mammoth, but if that is already claimed, I would be interested in the micarta.

Hello my dear friend,

The pen uses Parker style refill from any manufacturer (i drilled the tip cone 3 mm as these refills range from 2.6 to 2.8 mm depending on manufacturer).

Indeed the mammoth is reserved (dont have the final 'ill take it' but it should come soon)
Shall i reserve the micarta for you or you wish to purchase it directly, just let me know
