I've got a nice unused custom chef's knife made by Big Chris Customs. Specs- Made from .085" S35VN, it's 13.06" overall with a 7.8" blade, convex ground with a convex edge, @kaoticartworks scales over thick purple G10 liners, stainless Loveless bolts, all secured in a purple basket weave kydex sheath.
