I have had bad luck with shipping Internationally

If you can pay by Zelle and pay for USPS Express insured mail shipping, I will sell/ship it to you.

With PayPal, you can still make a claim if it gets taken by Customs and then I am out the money.

i understand your reluctance.i'd like clarification if anyone knows, i thought paypal friends and family would release paypal from any obligation or guarantee if customs seized an item and knowing paypal as i do even think they would make it hard under goods and services .Thereby the buyer by giving an indemnity to the seller is the one to lose out as intended. but i might be wrong
