Custom Delica scales...

I've been noodling getting a new knife but I don't really have the money and I love my D4. So, besides Mr. Axinn (as I'm not sure he still does the custom scale thing anymore though I shot him an email), is there any place out there that does custom scale jobs? I was thinking somewhere along the lines of micarta or maybe carbon fiber. Thanks in advance.
 
I know STR (search for him) does mods like this although I don't know what materials he uses exactly. He has never done this type of work for me but I have had him put a tip up clip on a Military and some other small stuff. I have found his work to be top rate and he is a gentleman and great to work with.
 
Looks like someone needs to pick up the torch of custom scales.

If I had the tools and the talent, I'd do it, but I lack both:p
