I'm pretty new around here and I just recently picked up a bnib frn dyad junior for a very good price. I do like the frn scales already on it, but I am looking to "class" up the knife a bit, as I prefer a more old timey look in my knives. Therefore I was hoping maybe someone on the forum would be willing to make me some custom scales for a reasonable price?... since I don't want to spend an arm and a leg I was thinking maybe some made out of wood, would be very nice looking and not cost a whole lot. Either that or maybe stag, or jigged bone. I thought about making some myself but I think they would come out a lot better being made by someone more seasoned, who has done this kind of work before. This is my first time reaching out for any custom work in relation to knives, so I apologize if anything I've said sounds ignorant.
If anyone out there is willing to take on the job, don't hesitate to reply with details and an estimate.
Thanks for your time everyone.
