Up for sale is the famous Terra Timanti knife made by finnish master knife maker Yrjo Puronvarsi. It is super nice knife, very handy and beautiful bladeshape. Yrjo Puronvarsi is one of the most potential classic finnish master crafters known for his excellent work. The knife is very well made with excellent fit and finish!
The steel used is 8CrV2* hardened at 59 HRC. Blade length is 100mm. The handle is made from abanos, stabilized maple and brass. It is 11cm long and 2.8cm wide, very ergonomic! The knife has been sitting in a collection, never used, but therefore has minor signs of patina on the blade.
The sheath is also exceptional - 3mm cow skin is used, impregnated. It has wooden insert in it and has lots of incrustations. The knife fits very securely and cannot accidentally drop! The hole knife is made in traditional for scandinavian countries style!
