i finally have produced something for sale out of my shop. I wanted to do something with the time and scraps i had between my own knife related plans and projects, and i'm pleased with the results.
My fit and finish is far from perfect and i want my price point to reflect that.
What i have here is ferro rods with custom handles, matching strikers and choker beads. As well as two individual custom handled ferro rods.
The striker blades are cut and ground down sawzall blades. They were worked on the "cool" (lots of water) as to not burn off the temper, then squared off for a sharp striking edge.
The handles and scales and beads are sanded mostly smooth to 220 grit and given a rough buff for a little shine, they are a grippey in the hand.
The ferro rods are epoxied in to a depth of 1 inch, starting out as 4 inch by 3/8th inch rods they are sizeable for long lasting use.
I have them corded to how i have my own set. Just enough length for a full pass on the striker. i like keeping everything together in this set-up but feel free to change them as you please should you chose to purchase. The paracord is gutted.
Not to sure what else to say as i new to this. Lets go to the pics and specs. dollar for size reference not included.

#3 green linen micarta with orange g-10 spacer. #3 is sold pending funds

the one is a little larger then the other. the smaller one as a single holed bead, just let me know which one you want
