Custom Fixed Blade Knife Makers

Might help if you gave a general idea about blade style, materials, and budget that you have in mind. Lots of good makers out there, but knifemaking has many different approaches and end uses.

I'm looking for S30v steel 1/4", full tang, hardwood handles, I've drawn it out to actual size 3 5/8" blade, 4" handle, not sure how to upload my drawings. I would not want to spend more than $500.
