Custom kitchen knife wanted

Hi, I am wondering if any of the makers here do kitchen knives . What I want in a basic sense is an 8-10 inch.chef a paring knife and. Solid square butchers knife. Unsure of details because I don't know whats possible.

I always wanted an old sabatier and I know they still make knives but I am not convinced the company makes a great product any longer. It's still an option but I want to see what you guys do , I see such fantastic work here.

You can't get a Cramer. You can get on a lottery list and if you are selected be prepared to spend several thousand $$s.
A few Kitchen Knife makers I like are Butch Harner, Pierre Rodrigue in Canada and a newer maker Mike Davis.
I own kitchen knives from these guys and love them.

Yikes a few thousand is more then I am prepared to spend I am no trust fund holder .
