Custom Knife Factory Gratch
Carried and lightly used. Never sharpened. Excellent shape overall. No issues that I've noticed, besides a hairline scratch on the blade about an inch long. It can only be seen under certain lighting conditions, so I missed it before. Updated with a picture. It really looks way worse than it is. The edge wasn't that great out of box, and with some use it's gotten pretty dull. It definitely needs a touch up, but I've sold my sharpmaker and I'm saving for a Wicked edge so I'm unable to do so myself at this time.

Leatherman Charge TTI Titanium
Carried maybe a day, if not less. Like new, and not even broken in. Hardly used at all. Includes extra accessories in black, like an extra clip that was purchased separately, and the black bit extender which was also purchased separately. It has the premium leather sheath, and includes the bits, and the silver pocket clip.

Lighly Used Spyderco Paramilitary 2 Black Micarta Scales[SCALES ONLY! Knife not included!]
Purchased from eBay. Besides one issue, they are perfect. I'm not sure if I screwed up the installation, but on my Para the lanyard tube was slightly exposed on one side of the scale. That was the only issue. I did my best to photograph this while they were still installed, but the pictures didn't turn out so great. Anyway, I'm not sure if you'll experience the same issue or not, but assume you will. Better safe than sorry. I could have sanded it down, but I honestly didn't want to mess with it, as I have another set headed my way from Germany.
