I'd recommend Kaven Casey. He makes great folders as wlll as fixed blades.

Besides making great knives he is a super guy.

IDK the exact geography of it all, but I do know David Wesner is in Michigan and is a first class maker. He posts here regularly... it would be easy for you to find examples of his work and what a great guy he is.

Thanks for all the suggestions. What I'm looking for is a French Boucheron (Trade knife) so I should have posted this in the Traditional Folders And Fixed Blade Area. I will keep these names on hand incase I need to contact them. Again, Thanks for all your help. DennyG
