Custom knife maker wanted/price inquiry

So, looking for a new bush craft knife to add to ever surmounting pile of steel down in my man cave, I came across the Blind Horse Knives Pathfinder Scout. I loved the look of the design, but nearly suffered a minor heart attack when I scrolled down and saw the price. SWEET MOTHER OF MERCY I am not willing to dish out $275. So, I am looking for a knife that follows the same basic design, with a few minor adjustments. First of all, the price. I am looking to spend in the $150 range for the knife. If it comes in cheaper, great. There is no blade width mentioned, but 3/16-1/4" seems about right to me. Scandi grind, same deep belly with the finger choil (am I spelling that right?) the same style as the scout, running smoothly from the belly into the handle. I've never been the kind of guy to freak out because his steel has an extra carbon atom in it or because the theoretical breaking point is 2000 pounds when I specified at least 2300, but a quality tool steel would be the norm. The handle, I was thinking natural micarta, with brass rivets, and a lanyard hole near the pommel. No sheath needed, just a hard working knife (somewhat) fitting these above features for around the $150 mark. Any takers? I haven't done too much wood handles but I can look into whatever you suggest. I do more synthetic materials.
