custom knife prices

okay ill try to pout as much info as possible to get an exact estimate let me know if i miss something, but what i am looking for is to have a custom knife made that looks very similar to the bob loveless chute knife http://standardwd.com/lovettknives/01.jpg i love the style but not crazy on the price so i was looking at about a 5 inch blade and that handle to be equally proportioned i was thinking around 4.75 inches about im not quite sure on the steel i was thinking s30v, 1095, or cpm 3v i am leaning heavily towards the s3ov steel and would like the blade to be .25 inch thick i like the design but i also want to use the knife as well, finally the handle i would like micarta handles but im not a maker so i don't know if it can be shaped like that or maybe g 10 but if all else fails wood is still an open option so if i could get a price or a good custom knife maker to contact that would be great thanks very much for the help
