This is an excellent knife by Vetrov, full-size custom Lanny's Clip with OD Green Micarta covers, birdseye/shadow pivot, stainless steel mill-relieved liners, and a very nicely ground Elmax blade. The Federal Shield is white G10, looks very nice with the OD Green. The blade is perfectly centered. The pull is incredibly smooth, a nice firm pinchable 7.5 I'd say. The most satisfying kind of singing walk-and-talk that you can imagine.
This knife would make a great EDC, or even an exceptional hunting knife. I bought two custom knives recently and, due to a much lower paycheck than I expected today, I need to let go of one of them. Vetrov's work is easily on par with Bret Dowell's, and you can have this one without the wait from Europe. $450 is what I've got into it, and having sampled a bunch of custom makers' work, you can't really touch anything else in this build class for that kind of money. Sold.
