This halberd tomahawk was made for me by Rich McDonald 8 years ago. Rich's website is below. Some of you may know him as the designer of Cold Steel's version of an Indian Ball Head Club. This tomahawk is an exact copy of a documented tomahawk made from a long handled halberd pictured on page 121 in Lar Hothems book Indian Trade Relics Identification and Values. Total Length is 28.5 inches. Head width is 10.5" from tip of the spike to center of the blade crescents. All edges are razor sharp. It was antiqued to look like the original and is a well balanced fighting axe. It is a fantastic copy of the original! Just a beautiful one of kind piece in mint condition. Rich never made another of this type. I paid $750.00 for this axe at the time. Selling price is $700.00 plus shipping and insurance. Payment is by US Postal Money Order only. Please see my other sales. Thanks!

Also listing the old thread for this axe. Pictures were taken in more sunlight and you may want to have a look. I no longer have copies of these pictures or I would have posted them here. Old Thread is: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...mahawk-by-Rich-McDonald?highlight=liberty+cap
