Don't know much about these, except they're handmade, walnut and pretty dang expensive, if you bought them from the maker or Orvis. The Orvis model is probably $175, with the Fache Lamar is $125 or so. These appear to be new. Will sell both for $150 shipped to any U.S. address. Outside the U.S., actual shipping applies.

Ok, I found out some more info on these calls. The Orvis is a double reed Mallard model, made by a guy named Boudreaux. The other one is a single reed, Louisiana style. Supposedly, the single reed calls are for closer ranges, while the double reed models are for higher flying birds. Hope this info helps.
