Custom Made Folder?

I'd like to get some feedback to see if it's possible to make my perfect folder.

Price will obviously be an issue, so I'll present a hypothetical and hopefully we can build off of that.

Let's say I want a knife similar to a regular production knife, but with different steel, and different lock, and different handle material?

For example a Cold Steel Tuff Lite. Here is a pic for reference.

So the knife would look similar to the Tuff Lite. However it will have the following changes:
Lock: Liner Lock
Steel: S30V
Handle Material: G10 with steel liners
Other:
Screw construction
Bronze washers
Lanyard Hole
Blade Hole
Belt Clip/Tip up left hand carry

What would something like this cost?
Is is unrealistic to think this is possible to make?
What are the other questions I should be asking?
