This mace is made from what I believe is 4340 tool steel. The head is made from a large nut that was TIG welded on to the shaft. It was all turned down and a paracord wrap that was soaked in wood hardener was put on. There is a spot on the shaft where is slipped in the chuck and can be seen in the pictures.
