Custom Micarta scales for Helle Utvaer?

Any recommendations for a company that can make custom micarta scales for a Helle Utvaer? Or know of anyone that makes them?

Also same question for kydex and leather sheath (one of each)?

Additional questions:

1) I'd like micarta scales in the same shape as the original scales. Would I have to buy the knife with the original scales for copying? Or could someone do it from pictures? I would like to start with the WAY less expensive $57 blade only. And have the micarta scales added. Otherwise it's a $200 knife.

2) How hard would it be for someone to attach the micarta to the knife with those barrel things (My apologies. I don't know what they are called)? Same as the original. See pic:

Don't know about scales, but you could cord wrap it in the meantime. Maybe even put a piece of bike innertube then wrap it.

I can do micarta scales for you if you wish with or without a liner. I can also install flared tubes if you want or do solid pin stock. The micarta can be either polished or bead blasted at your preference. If you want an exact or near exact match in geometry, I'll need a stock scale set to look at and copy, but I am more than confident that I can produce a very comfortable handle contouring around that blank without you buying a whole knife. As for sheaths I can do kydex or leather. My leather can range from mild and functional to pretty detailed as you desire. Shoot me an email if you wish to talk options/costs.
