Up for sale is a custom paring knife. I made 2, one for my wife for Christmas and here is the other. This would make a great holiday gift for the chef in your family.
The blade is 3-1/8in long to the top of the handles made of 3/32 154CM. It is hollow ground thin and sharp with a satin finish all around. The scales are green canvas micarta with titanium pins. The overall length is 7in and it weighs 2.2oz.
