Steve Rice (STR) use to do things like that, not sure if he still does or not. He has his own forum in the Knifemakers area here, so you might want to ask. If it's a Spyderhawk, there more involved than just making scales, as a new backspacer/spring carrier needs to be fabricated as well. Picture below is an Atlantic Salt he did for me in stabilized birdseye maple which I supplied.
