Is that HOGFSH thickness, over 0.30"?

No, it appears to be about .25-.27 which I believe is standard HH thickness

Are those Magnum handles?

They are hand shaped g-10 but I don't know if they qualify as magnums or not.

Handshaped were magnums. I will say that hand-shaped Fusions of this vintage are the comfiest handles I've felt. Wow, BTW.
