This custom hunter was made by Jim Jacks, of Covina California. It is one piece of solid Stellite 6k. This is a metal alloy that contains no steel, and can never rust. It is extremely hard, and tough. It will hold an edge for a really long time. It is used for industrial cutting machines, that have to retain a sharp cutting edge over a long period of time.It is well made, and comes with a high grade leather sheath. I has a 6 3/8" blade, and 4 1/2" grip. This knife has been in my collection for approximately 22 years, and originally cost $550. I am reducing it to $400, plus $15 shipping by Priority Mail, insured. Never carried, never used, and never sharpened!!! SPF!!!!!!

Beat me to it. If you guys change your mind, Canada would be happy to take it home.

HJK,
I don't kow anything about shipping to Hong Kong, so I'd rather sell it to you. I shipped a knife to Canada once, and the shipping charges were about $30. Is that OK with you?
Let me know what you think.

Earl.

I would be happy with those shipping charges, but I do not want to be unfair to jikangchen who beat me to it. I'll take it but only if jikangchen bows out or the two of you cannot agree on shipping details. I don't want any rules to be broken or our Chinese friend to think he has been treated unfairly.

As a frequent seller, regardless of who says "I'll take it" first, the decision to sell to which party lies solely on the seller, and it really doesn't matter if the excluded party is displeased, does it?

I'd like the knife as well, so if you both bow out, "I'll take it".

I understand that you want me to treat our Chinese friend fairly, but I don't do this for a living, and just don't want to get involved in a transaction, that I have no knowledge of, and don't know the legality of. I have shipped to Canada once, and found that the shipping is quit high, but it went through OK. I'm just in the process of liquidating my collection, only. If either of you want the knife, I would be glad to sell it to you. Just let me know. Please understand my position.

I prefer a Postal Money Order, as that's the only thing that my bank accepts without a long waiting period.

I'll give HJK 24 hours from now to answer, otherwise, I'm on it.

Best Regards,

Yes indeed.
I just have to get the money order from the post office.

Howard,
I received your money order today, but unfortunately, our Post Office is only open for an hour on Saturdays, so I'll get it out to you on Monday. I've already got it boxed up, and the customs forms filled out, ready to go.

Thanks,
Earl.
