Custom Strops: Padauk & Double Thick Leather

I have the last batch of strop I am going to make before the new year. These are striking orange Padauk wood. Double thick leather cow hide shoulder thick enough to get a bite on a slight recurve. Nicest one I have made yet.

Got one this week from mr2blue. It replaced an old one I have been using for at least 20 years 2 or three times a week. This strop is very nice. Solidly made with quality leather that is thick. I already like it better than my old tried and true one.

My bet is that all with be happy with theirs.
