Offering a single handmade hunter built on a full take-down construction. Blade is 165mm long, 34mm at its widest, 4mm spine thickness. Forged from mosaic Damascus with a DNA-style pattern. Heat treated to 59–60 HRC. Geometry is flat-ground with a reinforced point, optimized for penetration with lateral support.

Guard and pommel are titanium Grade-5, mechanically fastened and pressure-fit. Handle consists of stabilized desert ironwood with two stabilized mammoth molar spacers. No fillers used between components. All joints are precision fit with zero gaps. Tangs and spacers aligned for true repeatable reassembly. Custom disassembly tool included.

Sheath is hand-stitched leather with belt loop and secure snap closure. Comes in a fitted hardwood box for storage or display.

Some fine work.just in making the parts of the whole....

Offering another full take-down model from the bench. This one is fitted with a patterned mosaic Damascus blade featuring a vine motif. Spine at 4mm, hardness is 60 HRC. Blade length 137mm, with 272mm overall.

Handle features stabilized desert ironwood paired with stabilized mammoth molar. Guard and pommel are titanium. Zero movement under load. Full mechanical disassembly with included tool.

The leather sheath is vegetable-tanned, wet-formed to the blade. Secure fit, no rattle. Presentation box available upon request.

Yes, that's correct — the mosaic Damascus is forged from carbon steel. I include a small jar of Renaissance Wax with each knife to protect the blade from corrosion during storage. Appreciate the kind words.
