Either way
She's beautiful
Thanks, it’s a huge knife, I didn’t expect it be so large, it’s a pretty thick blade stock too but seems to have a bit of a hollow grind. The oddest thing was the flimsy little box and that string with stuff on it. I’m suprised it survived the journey.

How big is she?

Thank you Jack. I just got a response from the maker on instagram. He confirmed it’s a sheepsfoot. I guess the seller was a bit confused. Guess I’m still on the hunt for a lambsfoot. They are surprisingly hard to find.
I'm sorry you're having difficulty finding a Lambsfoot Gus ☹️ I tried to help make them more available, but it didn't work out unfortunately 🙄 I hope you can find one soon 🤞 Good luck 👍

Hi Jack, yeah I’ve been reading a lot on the forums here and it’s apparent how much time and effort you’ve put into all of this. It’s quite fascinating. Does seem like there would be a good level of demand for them.

I love it when I come home and there are packages waiting for me. Look what just arrived. A book and a Dr. T.

Now I think if I can just find a decent lambfoot (I'm going to see if maybe K'roo has any or can make me one) and a Bose Wharncliffe Trapper. I would be complete. Seriously. Well, maybe a Bose stockman too. Mmm, and maybe…

I’ve posted photos of this Tom Bullard before. I’ve only owned it for about two months but it’s everything a custom should be. A 20+ year user that I’m thrilled to carry. It has a few small pepper spots on its A2 blade. They are hard to see due to the glare and my exposure. The pile side looks a little drier than the mark but a steady dose of mineral &/or lemon oil will fix that and OMG after 20 years of use the blade is a fraction of a mm off center. Lol An absolutely fantastic knife.F635B689-5E23-4D58-80E2-D8F164A56038.jpeg

Hi, hobby knifemaker here (no paid knifemaker membership currently. Let me know if I should take these down).

Replicating Richards Sheffield novelty knife, I thinks from '70s era. All in 8670

Not entirely sure this fits here but here we go...

Semi-custom Lauri brand Leuku I built the handle for and just finally made the sheath for this weekend. Also used it to whittle some spatulas. Then I spent some more time this weekend starting to grind out some fully custom blades... a medium-large "sportsman" style droppoint, a couple puukko-style sloyd knives, and 2 experimental Japanese-inspired weirdos that are sort of like mini Bunkas.
