Custom Ulu type knives?

Can anyone point me to makers of custom Ulus? My wife has quite an affection for this style of knife and I would like to get her a custom one.

Tai Goo makes great kitchen knives, in my opinion. we use this ulu in our kitchen, made of an old carbon steel circular saw blade:

Actually thats where I run into the problem. She really likes nontraditional, which perplexes me becuase it is a very traditional utilitarian design.

i made this one from an old tool steel blade that was cracked. i have shaved steel off the edge of a 55 gallon drum with this one before. i sort of copied it from an alaskan ulu a friend had bought when he went to alaska. its at this link at my website http://mysite.verizon.net/ress6fq6/id19.html

Dutch knifemaker Gert Van Den Elsen:

An Ulu, the traditional knife of the Inuit.

4½ inch blade of random damascus with a core of 90MnCrV8, handle of mineralised walrus tooth, with end caps of mammoth ivory, fastened with a mosaic pin.

The same, but with a layered damascus blade and an oosik/mammoth ivory hamdle.
