Customer Designed Neck Knife

[JK Knives]

kyturkey sent me his design for a neck knife to make for him. It`s 6" oal, with a 2 1/2" x 3/32" blade. This one has tan micarta handles.

I was thinking the same thing! I`ll have to ask Derek for permission. One thing I forgot to mention, this one is stamped with a 1 on the other side.

I do like this new design, and think it would be a good one to have in your lineup.

I like the idea of the thinner blade too, it would still be rugged, but thinner makes it a better slicer too.

Knife looks good. Blade shape is very similar to you mini-bushcrafter. Different handle tho, obviously.

Don`t forget C Bryant`s designs too. I`m waiting to see if Derek gives me permission and a name for this one before I can offer it. I learned the hard way about not getting permission first, but that`s a story by itself.

It's somewhat of a cross between the AK EDC and mini bushcrafter, with the dimensions somewhat played with. I really like the handle to blade ratio. Another good one kyturkey and John.

I was considering KY Fieldmate or something similar since there is already a Woodsman, but I kind of like the Spur idea...
