Customer service advice

First Off, I am only one gent, singular.....

Are there supposed to be more than one of you??

Second, I dont know what i said that pissed you off,but theres no need to be rude here. I wasnt complaining, as stated i was just wondering.
I am well aware of the holiday rush and how it affects the small merchant right up thru the postal service. Maybe you need a day or so off?

I think it might be this line right here.
To some it might seem like your knocking Kershaw's CS with sarcasm.
I read it that way at first, but I don't think that's what you meant by the 'eyeroll'
Now I wonder whats going on with kershaws famous Customer service.

Everyone needs to take a nap and come back after cookies and milk. :D
This time of year is hell on everyone.

It's all good here folks...If the members that haven't gotten their CS requests filled complete want to PM me with their requests and info, I'll personally take care of you.

See, wasn't that easy.

Happy Holidays!

Well Damn the internets then, cuz i thought it was clear that i was being sarcastic and even added the funny story about my dealings with Miss/Mrs. Tierney, to whom i've taken the time to apologize to for my assumption and wished her as i do all of you a Happy Thanksgiving.
I've been in Customer Service plenty long enough to know that even when things go awry, there is nothing that can't be resolved with a little friendliness and common courtesy, something i feel this site is sadly lacking at times. I prefer to order my parts with the online form to give Morgan a break from the phone and so that she can attend to my needs at her convenience.
I have been a kershaw fan and customer for 20 years, and i will be patiently awaiting my parts, however much/ little time it takes.

@ Thomas W- I appreciate the offer but i think Morgan has it completely under control. No problem here, i'm sure my parts are on their way. Happy Holidays to you also.
