To be honest, I thought Defense Knife and Tool was shady/dead. I found this site during summer and decided to email/call before placing an order. After a couple of emails and phone calls, I did not receive a response, nor did the store pick up. I decided that the prices were too good to be true, and that the site did not have any customer service.

I'm glad to see that Defense Knife and Tool has finally reached bladeforums. There wasn't any feedback on this dealer, so I stayed away from it. Since Defense Knife and Tool is now a bladeforums member, I might be willing to give you guys a try.

Feedback would have helped me a couple of months ago, but it is always better late than never! Speaking directly with the owner is definately a plus (just like Mike at newgraham), and this thread seems to be very helpful. Can you please give me an availability/status update on Item# BM983445 (983445F)?

At your say-so I can put in a Special Order now and realistically it's the first or second week in January. You won't need to pay until it's ready to ship and at that point we can do Credit Card over the phone, I can email you a PayPal Invoice or whatever else you would like.

All I need from you right now is a go-ahead and a PM with your full shipping information.

I had a question. If I order several in stock knives to Spokane washington, what would be the expected delivery time? so I can time it to get here either before i leave or after I get back?

Nevermind, I looked at your UPS shipping map and it answered my question.
 
And, of course, the map shows the times for UPS Ground... there are other options such as USPS Priority or any of the UPS expedited services such as 3rd day, 2nd day, Next Day etc.
