I haven't had to contact their CS in a while, but last time I did it was because I stripped the pivot of my blur
. You believe they had the nerve to send me a whole set of screws for the blur and some catalogs, for free? I've also had clip screws sent for a RAM a while back a believe, and have received catalogs at least 3 times, never once spending a dime of my own, all at the company's expense. That can't be good business practices.

I haven't stopped by this place in forever, just wanted to let you guys know I'm still alive and kicking. Thomas, tell CS to keep up the good work :thumbup:
