Customer Service Problem

I ordered a knife from Pete's Custom Shop and got double charged! I called and left messages for Customer Service but didn't get a return call. Then, I finally speak to someone who says they'll "check it out and get back to [me] today." I haven't heard another word and my checking account is an extra $90 shy. So much for the fantastic customer service this company is supposed to have.

*** UPDATE *** I take back everything I said about Buck's Customer Service. It seems the error was caused by the company they use to insure security during secure transactions via the net. Special Thanks to Shirley at Buck's Custom Shop for running her a** off for me to straighten this mess out!

Lifter, Thanks for the advise, but that email comes back as undeliverable mail. I finally got the problem cleared up and I sit patiently waiting for a custom 110 ... nickle silver fg bolsters, walnut stocks, and bg-42 blade....ohhhhhhh babyyyyyyyy!
