I know that this thread has been several times argued, i belong to the world of satisfied customers. A few months ago, i found a Large Regular Sebenza BG42 on a popular auctions on line, like new. I wanted to use it as an EDC, but reading and learning too much with the CRK Forum due to your experience, i discovered that, the knife opened, the lockbar were in contact with the opposite scale. I let it in my drawn some weeks and were a little afraid to send it back to the manufacurer. May be it was stupid, i like very much BG42 steel, so i decided to send a mail to CRK, i had a reply the same day and they suggested me to send it back without other questions and comments.
I did it, transportation were longer than the awasome work they carried out.
They replace the scales and the locking system is perfect. No questions but efficients.
Thank you to the CRK team for your work and communication.

Same thing here ! I was in need of a new set of screws. Quick reply, quick sending, no problem, everything perfect and gentleness in addition ! Thanks CRK :) :) :)
 
They've always treated me great. That's why I have no hesitation about spending the $$$ to buy their knives and no regrets about using them.:thumbup: ;) :cool: :p :D
