Hello, will some kind soul point me to the direction of REKAT customer service? My beloved and loyal Carnivore sidearm siemms to be jingling when in the closed position. I love this knife so much and want it to be back to it's original splendor.

There is no blade play and I prefer to keep this knife rather than get a new one cause of the sentimental value.

I also did a rudementary search on 'customer service' but didn't find much on instructions, plus the rekat HP is down. I wanted to ask first before emailng.. Mr. Taylor?? THanks for your help.

I was given the telephone number to REKAT's
customer service the other day. I have never used it, but go ahead and give it a try. I'm
sure Spark or Mike has the number if this number is incorrect.

Over the last three years I've had two occasions to call upon REKAT customer service. Both times I spoke with Bob Taylor and both times it was far faster and more efficient than any other service department I've ever had to deal with.

Thank you Bob!
