I wonder if this had anything to do with my bad experience with CRK this week. I sent a couple knives in and I had a bad experience. Not going into details because this is not the place . But to say I am disappointed in an understatement. It had to do with their lack of communication within their departments and they screwed up. The customer service rep who handled it was very uncaring and handled the problem like a 18 year old Mcdonalds worker. In other words she just didn't give a toot and had the attitude.
 
Heather is awsome!!!! Always got back quick, even was nice telling me somethings she knew were not what I wanted to hear, straight forward and plesant!

Get over yourself. I can pretty much guarantee this had nothing to do with you.

I think he was saying that heather leaving and not taking care of customers was the reason he had a bad experience, because someone new was handling it. However, you did get into explanation when you said you wouldn't.

I'm sorry to hear you're leaving heather. It was great talking to you. You're always so nice and helpful.
 
I called CRK customer service and talked about an issue with Heather. Later that day my dog who had been missing for a week came home. My home grown tomatoes got ripe and ready to pick that day and I had some for supper. The stars that evening were particularly bright and clear. I slept like a baby that night and dreamed of Sebenzas and Mnandis.
All this after talking to Heather. Coincidence?....I think not.
 
It really is amazing to me that so many people here spout off so much about things they apparently know so little about.
 
Heather has been the face of CRK for some time now. I'll miss her but I trust CRK will manage to locate another jem to take her place.
