Condolences on your loss of a one of a kind employee. It's very difficult finding high quality and talented people in almost any industry these days, I know this from experience. I certainly hope someone can fill the various roles that Heather was involved in, while being professional, caring, and knowledgeable all at once. Good luck.

Always received excellent service and good advise to my questions from Heather. To me she was the "face to the customer" when talking about the customer service team.

Lots of changes going on at CRK these days and weeks. Lets hope that everything leads into a prospering future for this great company.

Big +1 on this. Every CRK customer service person I've talked to has been great, including Heather for sure.
