i am truly impressed by the customer service at kershaw. they addressed a very small problem in my lahar in an excellent and timely manner.

Kershaw does have awesome customer service. I recently sent in my 5yr old Leek for service. The speedsafe didn't work anymore and the lock was slipping. This was all my fault as well since it was a work knife that was horribly neglected in many ways. I had it back in 8 days, good as new all around. Can't really ask for better.
 
Same here broke the tip. Mailed it Monday got it back Friday. 5 day turn around !!!! Got a brand new knife back!
I'm a customer for life.!
