I don't know if its just bad luck or somthing i'm not doing right, But i haven't recived feedback from these companies Ka-bar, Benchmade and Spyderco. I've been sending e-mails and no one has been replying. I sent an e-mail to benchmade 2 monthes ago and still no reply. (Must've forgot about me) Ka-bar is the same thing. Spyderco only a week ago and no reply, so I was wondering how long I should wait? I'm trying to request replacment washers for a tenacious (Or atleast the sizes) and a screw for my baliyo witch fell out during shipping... i'm not mad or anything but I just want to get some things taken care of and not put it off any longer.

Sorry for your trouble Mattman. Can you tell me what address you're sending to? W&R isn't my area, but if you would like to, feel free to e-mail me (khunter@spyderco.com) and I'll insure it gets to the person who can help you.

I will say though, we've had a challenging week with e-mail (gremlins in the server). In addition, there is just one person who replies to e-mails in W&R. One of the drawbacks I guess to a small crew.
