Customized 11s or 14s

A necker proto that never made it into production. I won it in a contest here. There's a few floating around. That's where the 13's handle design came from.

Hey Warrior, thanks for those pics. Never seen that before. LOVE the blade shape; the high saber grind and clip point really looks cool. Great collectors piece!

Do you do the g-10 yourself? I love the bottom one! Nice work!

He sure does, I have a set like the bottom ones that he made and i love them, he does some great work. He also made this sheath as well, and its excellent work too!

Recently got another sheath. This is from Sharpshooter and its around $20. Great deal

Some really neat scales in this thread. I'd like to try making my own soon.

I'll probably use wood first, though, and then explore those other options. I'm not even sure where to get those other materials.

My two 14s and my 24 are all pretty plain.

The set you have IS the one from the bottom pic ;).

Any knife making store will have a range or colours. Hell, even if you don't want to commit some money you can press your own micarta with some old clothes and fibreglass resin from any hardware store.

It's been used for skinning wild game, cleaning fish, making pb&j sandwiches for my kids, and everything in between.

I'd really love to see the back of this. I'm looking for another kydex sheath and ideas for all my 14s and 24s.

This is the backside of the sheath. I put a large tek-lok on there but a small would have maybe fit better. Or a g-clip or small molle locks. I currently have it rotated for cross draw carry. Love this sheath it's from Azwelke.

Thanks Eero. I thought that might be a tekloc. I have a large teclok on my 16 and I love it. I might see if I can hit up aqzwelke to get the same set up you have. It looks worth copying for sure. ;)

Here is my 14 (center with brown scales) I've painted the underside of the scales many different colors and dyed the orange scales using dark green rit dye. The patina on the blade was formed naturally. This was my first 14 and I still love it!!
