When I woke up this morning I had an idea:

What if Fallkniven were to bring out a U1, a P and a TK3 folder with mammoth ivory (bark) scales and the same steel as the NL5cX Idun (damascus)? I would purchase one of each immediately.

But in case this doesn't happen, how about putting some mammoth ivory scales on a U1 and a P? Must be possible (the grips are fixed with little screws). But what about the TK3? How would one get mammoth ivory scales on that? Any ideas? Makers who tried already something like this?

These are the knives I would modify: (well actually I would keep these as they are, and buy new ones for modding)

I am assuming the tk3 is the top knife in the picture and it looks like it uses brass pins. You would carefully drive out the brass pins and carefully pry the scales off to use as templates for cutting and drilling and mammoth ivory glue them in place and reassemble the knife using new pin stock you purchased for the job

Ps I like the bottom knife in the pic, how big is it?
